Order Questions
You blinds will be custom cut to the measurements you selected for your window and ready within 3 hours for pickup or delivery if ordered before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be available the after 10 AM the next business morning.
We will email you at the address you provided when purchasing your blinds when the order is ready for pickup, or is being sent out for delivery.
If you opted into receiving text messages, we will also send text updates to your mobile device with the order status.
We deliver anywhere within a 20 mile radius of any of our offices nationwide for a low flat rate. The delivery fee is charged per order, not per blind, so the fee covers as many blinds as the customer purchases in a single order.

Blinds Today cordless faux wood blinds are easily operated and durable.
Use the wand to tilt the slats open and closed.
To raise the blinds, simply grasp the bottom rail on both sides of the blind and gently push them up to open/raise.
To lower the blinds, grasp the bottom rail on both sides of the blind and gently pull down to the desired length.
If blinds become uneven, raise the lower side to even them back out; do not pull down to even the blinds.
All Blinds Today blinds are cordless, which protect children from the dangers of cords. They are easily operated using the bottom rail to open and close the blinds and the wand to tilt them.
Yes, in addition to white, we can offer many other custom colors for our cordless faux wood blinds. These blinds will be special ordered, custom cut, and shipped to your home.
Due to the custom nature of these additional colors, the blinds require up to 2 weeks to be custom made and shipped to the final destination. Custom colors are not available for same day pickup or delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Any unopened blinds may be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Any blinds that have had their packaging boxes opened are ineligible for returns.
Open blinds that have manufacturer defects can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Contact us for any missing parts within 14 days of purchase and they will be replaced immediately.
Unopened blinds may be returned within 14 days of purchase to the location the customer purchased from. Bring the unopened box in original condition to the location, along with your receipt during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
